Please reach us at integritymetalbuildings@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Our standard is 14 gauge framing and 29 gauge panels. We can also upgrade to 12 gauge and 26 gauge.
Engineer plans for our buildings are available upon request and after an order is placed. Speak with one of our specialists to obtain engineer drawings or we can contact your local city office to assist in your permit process.
Due to the range of requirements, we cannot say if a permit is required for your building. It is solely the responsibly of the customer to know their local requirements. You should purchase a structure that meets your areas wind and/or snow load requirements.
Absolutely! We can add frameouts on your building for the size you need and install your custom window/door for an additional fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot add onto an existing building unless it is one we installed. If we installed your metal building, we can add on for additional fee.
Call us and get in touch with one of our building specialists. We accept all major credits cards and can conveniently take payment over the phone or send you an invoice. Wire transfers are also an option.
Placing an order ahead of your slab completion can help speed up the delivery process for your metal building.
Once you place your order with the deposit we will send you a copy of the agreement to sign. When we have all signatures on the documents we will send them into the manufacturing company.
Within that same business day or the next, the manufacturing company will call you to verify all of your building details.
The install company will call you a week in advance of your install to have your day/time scheduled. Depending on building size, we will have your building up within 1-3 days.
The most crucial step is to be sure your site is level. If your site is not level it will be considered unstable for the construction of the metal building. We have four basic categories for pad surfaces: dirt, asphalt, concrete, and wooden. The anchors we use are according to which surface we install on for your building.
Please be sure to have a minimum of 3' clearance all the way around the perimeter of your buildings install site.
